Based on the feedback during the call, we may suggest relevant resources to support their needs.
To ensure the best outcome, we recommend that clients prepare questions to discuss during the 30-minute consultation. Please note that this call does not guarantee any further involvement from either party, and if additional assistance is required, another consultation fee would have to be booked.
Once payment is confirmed, a scheduling link will be sent to the email address used during the purchase of the consultation. If the consultation is booked after business hours, please allow until the following business day to receive the scheduling link. 
If a client is more than 5 minutes late to the call, the consultation will be cancelled and the service fee will not be refunded
